At its Annual General Meeting this week, the board of NRM Regions Queensland endorsed its Annual Report.
The NRM Regions Queensland 2023-24 Annual Report includes overviews from Chair Julie Boyd and CEO Chris Norman as well as updates around the three pillars of our Strategic Plan: our value, our partnerships and our capacity.
Highlights include roll-out of the sector’s Leadership Framework including monthly Lunch & Learn events and a mentoring pilot with overwhelmingly positive feedback. We also report on outcomes from the SWIF – State-Wide Indicators Framework team who delivered 7 face-to-face training events for 16 organisations, creating resources and facilitating a working group comprising 29 members.
We report on our statewide election campaign ‘Nurturing Nature: Cultivating Culture’ and the outcomes proposed across seven key themes and we share onground highlights from regional NRM organisations across the state as well as partnerships we’ve built across Queensland and Australia.
